Privacy policy
How Komlife Vietnam collects, uses and protects information from visitors to this website.
This page explains what information Komlife collects when you use this website, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you fill in the distributor sign-up form or send us a question, we receive the name, phone number, area and type of business you provide.
When you browse the website, our analytics tools record general information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device type and how you found us. This information is not linked to you by name.
How we use it
The details you give us are used only to contact you about what you asked — a sales partnership, a product question or a complaint.
Analytics information helps us understand what visitors need and improve the website.
We do not sell or trade your information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who can see your information
Only staff handling the relevant matter can see it — for example, distributor sign-ups are handled by our sales department.
In some cases we use outside services to run the website and our email system. These providers only process data as instructed by Komlife.
We provide information to government authorities when we receive a lawful written request.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept for as long as they are needed for our conversation, or until you ask us to delete them.
Analytics data is kept according to the default settings of the analytics tool, usually around two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information you have given us, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it from our systems.
You can turn off tracking by blocking cookies in your browser. Some parts of the website may then not work fully.
To use these rights, send a request to our customer service team via the contact page.
