People and technology — two pillars of growth
At Komlife Vietnam, we see our people as our most valuable asset: a strong operation depends not only on modern machines but on the positive energy of the team. With the aim of building a happy workplace, we recently held a training programme, “Whole-person wellbeing: using breathing and meditation to balance body and mind”. It is a key part of our plan to support staff wellbeing, giving every employee practical, evidence-based ways to manage everyday work pressure.

Talking directly with an expert
The programme was led by Dr Vu Thi Huong, an expert from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, who explained the biology of breathing. Rather than abstract theory, the training focused on helping staff understand how the nervous system reacts to stress. The speaker then showed how to use the breath as a tool to regain balance quickly. This practical knowledge helps everyone take better care of their wellbeing amid a busy working pace.

Hands-on practice and team bonding
After the theory, most of the session was spent practising breathing techniques and calming exercises. Wearing their SPY uniforms, all the staff moved through the exercises together, a picture of a close-knit team. The activity eased muscle tension and tiredness, and also brought departments closer together. A tea break with light snacks turned the session into an open, friendly space where colleagues shared honestly.

Fun and friendly challenges
Alongside the quiet moments, the hall grew livelier with games and challenges from the organisers. Instead of dry medical tests, each member of the Komlife Vietnam team checked their own breathing by holding their breath and counting in rhythm. The results showed clear differences in lung health and breath control between individuals. These contrasts made for a lot of laughter, and everyone left with a better sense of why training their lungs every day matters.

Komlife Vietnam: staff wellbeing as the basis for sustainable growth
As the relaxed, laughter-filled session came to a close, Komlife Vietnam’s management reaffirmed the people-centred approach of its company culture, putting each employee’s balance of body and mind first. The positive feedback and fresh energy from staff after the event are the clearest evidence, and a solid reason for the company to keep and expand activities like this in the future.
The programme’s success goes beyond the wellbeing techniques shared on the day. It is a strategic step to help every Komlife team member stay sharp and in good form — a commitment to support each other and a source of motivation to grow the brand and reach the goals set for 2026.
